Public Participation

The following information relates to public participation and how to raise issues of concern 'in person' with the Council.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Town Council Meetings and there is time allocated on the Agenda for public participation.  During this time residents can present any item(s) they wish to raise with the Council or bring matters of concern to their attention.

Residents are only permitted to speak during this section of the meeting, and should address the Council via The Chair.

You are not permitted to speak while the normal business of the meeting is being conducted.
