Vacancies (x2) Community Maintenance Team Operative – 37 hours per week

Duties include, but are not limited to:
To provide a quality, effective and efficient cleansing operation service within the Birchwood
- To sweep and litter pick, remove fly tipping, detritus, dog fouling and to empty and clean waste receptacles as required.
- Cleaning road signs and removal of
- To carry out strimming, hedgecutting, and other landscaping and maintenance work within Birchwood (after relevant training) and to assist with clearing areas during/following hedgecutting or landscaping work, using blowers/brushes.

Essential and Desirable requirements:
Some heavy lifting will be required as part of the role therefore candidates must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
