Draft Strategic Plan 2024-2028
This plan has, as a first draft, been put together by a task force of Members of Birchwood Town Council. It will be updated, when necessary, to take account of any changes or progress made.

The Town Council strives to operate to the highest possible standards providing a quality, value for money service to its residents.
This draft Strategic Plan updates the vision, values and aims which were contained in the previous document.
Our aim is to build upon the significant progress that has been made already whilst reflecting upon the current concerns and aspirations raised by the community. These will feed into the Council’s Strategic Plan 2024-2028.
